Introduction of the Company Owner

I have been dealing with the stock exchange since 2006 and have been trading as a part-time job since 2007. Since October 2018, I have been developing automatic trading systems which I rent or sell to customers via the company Schmitt Trading Ltd.

Background

Since mid 2006, I have been interested in investment shares as a means of saving and I started buying investment funds on a regular basis.

In February 2007, I felt that the continued bull market may come to an end and I sold all investment shares with a profit. The first mini crash on the stock market came 27.02.2007 – exactly one week after I had sold everything.

Meanwhile I had opened my first trading account with CMC Markets, ordered a CFD newsletter as a blueprint and started trading directly at the stock exchange.

I experienced the mini crash of 27.02.2007 on my second day at the stock exchange and was short with 20 CFDs on the German DAX. In this way, I could have doubled my capital from 1 000 Euros to 2 000 Euros within 8 hours if I had closed the positions in the evening.

The next morning, I woke up with my first margin call and the positions were closed via stop and with a loss.

I continued trading without any concept and was liquidated on 26.04.2007. The year 2007 ended with a net loss of 1 000 Euros.

At the beginning of 2008, I felt that the big crash may start now. Consequently, I sold 1 DAX CFD with GCI Trading at a trading account capital of 28.55 Euros. The crash started and I closed the position with 230 points or 1 150 Euros profit. If I had held the position until October, I would have made a profit of 20 000 Euros. If I had invested 1 000 Euros instead of 28.55 Euros and sold 10 CFDs, I would have won 200 000 Euros in 2008. As a result, there was only a lot of buying and selling, overtrading and a net loss of 1 000 Euros.

During new year’s Eve 2008/2009 I was more than ever determined to become a professional CFD trader and trade my way to financial freedom.

Why Schmitti?

Imagine an acquaintance telling you about an ingenious stock exchange trading system with which he regularly earns so much money that it is enough for his daily life.

Imagine further that this acquaintance does not have to do anything for it, so that the account balance on his trading account continues to rise.

He explains that a friendly trading robot named Schmitti does all the work for him.

Schmitti was programmed in such a way that he reliably recognizes upcoming trend changes on the stock exchange in advance and then buys or sells them.

Schmitti does not sleep, Schmitti never gets tired. Schmitti is neither bored by the constant ups and downs of the stock market nor does he feel emotions like fear, greed or exaggerated euphoria.

Schmitti reacts only to his programmed algorithms and executes them reliably.

And that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Imagine further that there is the possibility that you could break out of your daily routine and reach a life of financial freedom.

Perhaps you wish to leave your own social class and ascend.

Do you want to make it from the lower class to the middle class?

Or from the middle class to the upper class?

The only class Schmitti cannot help is the upper class, because they are already at the top.

For everyone else, this is your chance to change your life!

Take your chance and get active now!

Introduction Stock Market Robot System

The stock market trading strategies developed by us are short- and medium-term strategies that can be traded manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically.

The Stock Market Robot System invented by us is an automated trading system that buys and sells on the stock exchange through various trading robots (Expert Advisor).

Many available financial instruments are bought and sold on the financial markets, short positions are part of the strategy.

I have already programmed twenty trading robots with Schmitt Trading Ltd, some of which work fine, others do not.

Schmitt Trading Ltd rents such trading robots to investors who want to achieve a high yield with a passive investment.

In order to balance the fluctuations of the individual robots, we combine different robots and bundle them in our Stock Market Robot Systems 1-20.

Introduction Stock Market Robot System 7.06

The Stock Market Robot System 7.06 includes seven trading robots (Expert Advisor), which buy and sell on behalf of the customer:

0.1 Schmitti4 with 1 point = 1 €

0.1 EURUSDCCH4 with 1 point = 1 €

0.1 EURUSDCCH1 with 1 point = 1 €

0.1 GBPUSDCCH1 with 1 point = 1 €

1 DOWCCH1 with 1 point = 1 €

0.1 USDJPYCCH1 with 1 point = 1 €

0.1 NZDJPYCCH1 with 1 point = 1

Criteria:

  • Highest yield, e.g. DOWCCH1
  • Lowest drawdown, e.g. EURUSDCCH4
  • Highest safety: all robots with Friday Close

Schmitt Trading Ltd rents such trading robots to investors who want to achieve a high yield with a passive investment.

This offer is aimed at people who manage their finances themselves and successfully generate considerable sums.

Statistics

For absolute transparency, we publish or trading activities on FXBlue:

This demo account is running a Stock Market Robot System 7.06 with 0.5 lot size.

Instead of 14 000, this CMC Markets account holds 70 000 as starting balance. Starting date: 12.01.2022.

How did we test

As described in “Trading Strategy“, we developed the robot and carried out backtests.

After a positive backtest, we continue with forward tests by opening a demo account with a broker and let the robot loose.

After a while, we compare the results from the backtests with the results in the demo account.

If they match, we activate the robot on a live account with real money.

After a while, we compare the results from the demo account with the results from the live account.

If they match, we regard the robot as working.

Nevertheless, all the results and yield expectations shown here refer to back testing, i.e. the optimal course of a trading period.

When trading in financial instruments, however, unforeseen events can occur at any time that drastically worsen the result of live trading.

If, for example, a trade is held over the weekend, any major news or event on the weekend can lead to extreme fluctuations on Monday morning.

As a result, an existing stop may not be executed and the trade is closed at a high loss.

Every few years, so-called black swans occur, i.e. surprising events that have a huge impact. Black swans can lead to a complete market dry up, i.e. no realistic market prices can be determined.

This happened to me live when I was long in EURCHF with five lots in 2015. On 15.01.2015, the Swiss central bank unexpectedly lifted its peg of the Swiss Franc to the Euro. As a result, the Swiss Franc fell from 1.20 to less than 1 € within 30 minutes. A 20 percent loss in a currency pair is a full-blown crash!

What saved me back then was the very reliable broker WH Selfinvest and that my stops had been in the market for a very long time. Because WH Selfinvest had routed the order through, my stops at 1.20 were still executed when liquidity was available in the market.

Later executed orders could only be executed at 1 € or less due to the dried out market! This led to a total loss for some trading accounts and to additional claims of some brokers against their traders (“obligation to make additional payments”). Years of legal disputes followed, some traders lost their existence and are indebted for years.

Another black swan was the 24.06.2016, when the British voted for the Brexit. The DAX dropped by 1000 points within a very short time on one trading day:

The largest black swan so far appeared in February/March 2020.

The corona crisis triggered a crash on the global stock markets with massive losses.

United States

Soon after trading began, a Level-1 trading curb was triggered on major US stock markets due to increased selling, leading to a 15-minute halt on trading.[235] Level-1 circuit breaker is triggered with a fall of 7% on the S&P 500. The trading halt occurred after the markets reached a drop of 7.2 percent within 15 minutes. The crash temporarily recovered after the Federal Reserve Bank of New York offered at least $1.5 trillion worth of short-term loans to banks for 12–13 March, but the market quickly resumed its decline soon after.[271] The Dow fell 2,353 points,[272] losing all of its gains from its lowest point in 2018.[273] The drop surpassed Black Monday, which occurred just a few days before, to be the greatest single-day point drop ever.[274] Together with the drops of 1,191 and 1,465 points on 27 February and 11 March, the four largest Dow daily losses up to Black Thursday were all linked to the COVID-19 pandemic.[275][276][277][278]

Overall size of the falls

“In the 33 days between 19 February and 23 March, the FTSE All-Share Index fell by 33 per cent […] The MSCI World Index declined by 34 per cent.”[479]

Evaluation of the live accounts

I had invented my first robots in January 2019 and had already set up a live account for my son in March 2019.

An evaluation of all live accounts of our family since March 2019 showed:

The least annual return was 40%.

The longest observed period of a live account with real money dates back to March 2019, a full 12 months period!

The robots reliably generated a high return. 2019 was characterized by a further, strong rise in global stock markets and uncertainty on the currency markets due to the Brexit.

At the beginning of 2020, there was a predictable but huge crash on the stock market. The robots had also mastered this crisis and made a profit, or rather, had maintained the existing capital while classic stock portfolios lost.

Here an evaluation of the individual accounts:

The average profit per month is about 9 €.

The annual profit is about 100 €.

The annual yield is about 40 percent (250 € deposit, 100 € profit).

The achieved results are reproducible at any time.

The nice thing is that these high returns can be achieved with any account size, whether 500 €, 5000 € or 50000 €.

The risk is always the same in percentage terms, only the amounts become larger (both profit and loss.

It was important to me to prove with the live accounts that the robots continuously generate profit.

The documents are made anonymous and can be presented at any time on request. The results stand up to any test and are therefore resilient.

Of course, there will be people who say “Yes, but that’s only been going on since 2019, the time period is too short for me”.

As described before, the common tests consist of back-testing, demo accounts and live account. I cannot test any longer than I have since the robots were invented.

I hope to be able to convince the last doubter with these figures and my absolute transparency.

Of course the described robot systems can also fail at any time or stop working for various reasons.

Every Euro invested is risk capital that can be lost at any time. The investment in trading robots is comparable with any kind of business start-up.

If something goes wrong, the company has to file for bankruptcy and the raised capital is lost forever!

If everything goes well, however, the investor is rewarded with high returns, which make him forget the risk he has taken…

Weekend Close

To reduce the risk of a Monday opening gap, we close every trade on Friday at 21.50 CET:

GBPUSDCCH1 still open

The trade was reopened Monday morning at 2.15 CET.

GBPUSDCCH1 reopened at 02.15 CET

Risk warning!
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 95 % of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs . You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
